Excellent location walking distance to visit family 10 min., which was the main purpose of our trip to Hamburg, and walking distance to the airport 15 min. through the forest. Couldn't be better. Also convenient for bus, U Bahn and S Bahn to Hamburg-Mitte. The room was modern and very clean. Never had to wait for elevators, which is unusual in many hotels these days when you travel the world. The staff was also very service minded.
