Ohhh our stay at this cabin was amazing. We had great walks/hikes and when we came back tintje park there was wood for a campfire at our cabin every day! And a view of a beautiful river. We cooked our food, marshmallows at the campfire for dessert and an amazing sleep in the comfy beds. Great restaurant also, Asian fusion. Yummy! The atmosphere on the park was great. Everywhere campfires with comfy chairs around them and cute little groundhogs/groundsquirrels(?) between the cabins.

Highly recommend Rocky Mountain Escape!
I was a bit hesitate to choose Rocky Mountain Escape since my original goal was only to stay in Jasper. But after I did it, it's totally worthy with the long drive!
The location is just next to rocky lake provincial park, it took us 1-2 hours from Jasper to the cabin and the road was off-road but we did it without 4x4. Julia was very nice to explain the situation and recommend us 4x4 actually.
While we stayed there, we learnt how to cook with griddle and we took the trail to enjoy the nature. We also drove to Rocky lake provincial park to see the scenery and bump into over 15 Elks!
Gary was very nice to show us how to use wood-burning stove, and it was really a cool experience for us! And also Gary recommended us few trails to see the nice view of the mother nature.
This was the best cabin getaway experience I could ever have!
Thank you Julia and Gary for such lovely cabin!

Our favourite accommodation on our big Canadian Road trip. Absolutely beautiful lodges, with parking just outside of them. Restaurant and cafe on site which is a bonus. Rooms are well equipped with fridges and coffee machines. Staff were so friendly and helpful on the front desk, will definitely be returning in future :) Thank you for having us!
A beautiful location and the lodges looked very attractive. The drive through Jasper National Park to the Lodge was superb.
Hosts were exceptional, very helpful and nice to be around. Lodges were beyond spotless and extremely well maintained. Using the griddle was fun and the scenery, wildlife and surrounding walks were amazing. We would 100 % return if going to Canada again.
Location, unique features of the lodges, especially the reading room which included framed articles on the history of the Brewster family. The fitness room and sauna were great and the little stores on the main floor were awesome.
The staff was super helpful and friendly, but the size of the room, the general cleanness of the room, as well as the facility, were imposing. We underestimated the "to go" breakfast, but as it turned out, I loved the breakfast. Lodges usually tend to be small, but Basecamp was huge in terms of the rooms, and the facility
The breakfast was nice, the bathrooms were huge. We liked the location of the hotel. We liked the area behind the lodges that had an amazing view of the mountains.
Had a 3-night stay at the Rocky Mountain Ski Lodge in room 171, which has a kitchenette, sitting area and fireplace (which we didn't use). Checking in was smooth. The decor and furnishings are quite outdated but generally clean. The TV is large with cable channels, but we couldn't open youtube on it. The kitchenette is well stocked with utensils for cooking and dining. We used it to prepare all our meals and packed lunches for our visits to the park.
