The food was amazing (thanks to Diana and Dayana for their love and unique cuisine). We couldn’t be happier with our stay at Irana. You have 5 km of beach only for yourself. Forget about crowded places and constant sellers, this is like having an island for yourself, surrounded by the jungle and the sea. Esteban and Marcela, both owners and administrators, will take care of all your needs. They are extremely helpful and will help you arrange all the activities you want to do. Despite coming during low season (not the whale season) we had plenty of choices and activities to do (we even did an amazing 6h hike through the jungle to a beautiful double cascade). Esteban and Marcela, besides our guide, came along and hiked with us. We will be back, for sure!

It is about a 20 mins walk to the next (very) small village, although the walk is not always possible due to the tide. Adolpho and Deude did an amazing job. The food was delicious and Adolpho very kind and helpful. As a solo traveller I would recommend somewhere else but for couples seeking tranquility or groups of friends looking for an amazing experience I would highly recommend it. Looking forward to my next stay there.
