Our recent stay at Bjørnfjell Mountain Lodge was an absolute delight from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service that set the tone for an extraordinary experience. The cleanliness of the lodge was impeccable. Every corner exuded a sense of pristine care and attention to detail, making our stay feel not just comfortable but truly indulgent. What truly stood out was the culinary experience. The food was beyond exceptional; each dish was a masterpiece crafted with both skill and passion. From the hearty breakfasts to the sumptuous dinners, every meal was a delightful journey for the taste buds. Kudos to the chefs for their dedication to providing a gastronomic adventure! Equally impressive was the staff's friendliness and attentiveness. They went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met promptly and with genuine warmth. Their professionalism combined with their genuine care for guests truly made us feel at home. Overall, our stay at Bjørnfjell Mountain Lodge was nothing short of phenomenal. Staying at Holmen Husky is an experience far away from staying at an ordinary hotel. We want our guests to get closer to nature and to get a taste of what it is like to live close to the elements. Everything was over my expectations. The lodge is beautiful, exactly like in the pictures, the dogs are cute, the staff very friendly.

10 km from Alta City and 500 metres from Alta River lies Trasti & Trine Boutique Hotel. Surrounded by forest, the location offers good hiking, skiing and biking trails straight from the cottage door. Perfect stay in the Arctic Circle where we were transported into another world. Everything is just… magical. The whole area was covered in thick blanket of snow and we got to see the elusive Northern Lights at its very best, on our first night. We stayed for 3 nights and also did dog-sledding while it was snowing. There is nothing we would change about our trip. Everyone there is really friendly and you are just really well taken care of. Highly recommend.

The surroundings and the cabin itself are amazing- very comfortable and cozy. There is everything one might need for the stay. The owners are super friendly and nice. There are chickens one can feed and, of course, there is possibility to meet the dogs who are super friendly. There is small shop where it is possible to buy handmade jewelery and other beautiful things. Higly, highly and one more time highly reccomend.
