The location is perfect, for the beach, or for exploring other areas. The train and bus station are close by.
The reception explained everything to you in detail and always willing to help you if needed.
At breakfast you had a wide choice and also the staff were very attentive.

The hotel was fantastic, we liked everything. The surroundings were really nice, with a private parking area, and everything was clean. The rooms were freshly renovated, and we felt very comfortable there. The room amenities were more than you need for a vacation. Everything was tasteful and clean. The views from the rooms were wonderful. The garden with a swimming pool was amazing.

I rate this hotel experience as 5 star!! The accommodations are very clean, visually appealing and well maintained. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful in all matters. I cannot speak highly enough of the very lovely Hotel Velia. The breakfast buffet was delicious offering all types of foods, eggs, bacon, sausage, all the cereals, fresh fruits, meat, cheeses, fresh breads/rolls, freshly made coffee's, etc. A lovely repast every morning. I highly recommend the Hotel Velia as the "go to" hotel in Grottammare.

the accommodation is excellent. Mysterious place in the heart of history, excellent reconstruction of the apartment with attention to detail. Selection of linens, shampoo, ceramics. …definitely worth a visit.

The staff is very friendly. Very good breakfast.
Loved the vintage style of the hotel and it's beachfront with beach service included.
The room is very good and comfortable and there is a door between the room and the restroom. The city is really nice. I chose the hotel because we had to sleep between a trip and can't wait to go back.

The old fashion but modern feeling of the hotel . The reception staff were very helpful and friendly . Help us with an early check in and taxi to railway station . The pool was terrific as the beach was not close to the accommodation . The quality of the bed linen and bedding was excellent .

Matteo greeted us on the main road as the accommodation was down a quiet lane way. He explained all the workings of the spacious top floor apartment and provided a nice welcoming surprise, which was much appreciated.
Great views, comfortable bed, and well-appointed kitchen made our stay worthwhile. Access to the beach and restaurants was an easy walk.

The public areas and the rooms are well-renovated and clear. The room was spacious enough, with a good mattress and quality bathroom textiles. It was a great price-value accommodation in early May. There were a few bikes we could use for free, and it is a very valuable service, especially if you want to get into the city center, which is approximately 20 minutes' biking distance from the hotel.

I've traveled around the world for about 40 years, but the cost performance here is unparalleled. If this were a hotel instead of an apartment, it would easily cost hundreds of thousands of yen per night. Moreover, you can take day trips to tourist spots like Ravenna and San Marino, and enjoy nature as well. Although I stayed only for four nights this time, it's a recommended place that makes you want to stay for at least two weeks next time. The owners, Marco and Luca, are really cool gentlemen. I aspire to be like them.

Really nice apartments close to nature and not far from the centre of Numana (by car) and the beach. The staff at the hotel where you do the check-in and check-out was very nice.

The staff were absolutely fantastic, especially the two ladies serving breakfast. Always smiling and happy! And the breakfast was delicious, with a fantastic view of the ocean. The girls in reception were really nice and helpful, and sorted out a new room for me as I had trouble sleeping due to the noice of the trains. So I would recommend guests to book rooms on the side of the hotel facing the sea.

The location was wonderful, with an appropriate viewpoint on the harbour; the hotel is also easy to access by car and not so far from train station. The Hotel was, in the past, lavish. Unfortunately, was not properly updated. Another good point was the mattress: honestly it seemed a little bit too hard for my habits - on the contrary, it was in fact quite comfortable and guaranteed a good sleep. The parking option does not come free of cost but it is cheap (4€/day) and therefore represents a plus.

Everything was excellent. The host was waiting for us in front of a nearby supermarket to lead us to the accommodation via the system of one-way streets. Staying like at home. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The couch was a little uncomfortable to sleep on, but the queen size bed in the bedroom was great.

We loved everything about this accommodation and the views were spectacular. I especially loved that it had a swimming pool (which I used) and the outdoor area was absolutely gorgeous. It was a very windy road to reach the accommodation but was well worth it once we arrived. We loved all the special, eclectic items in and around the hotel and we took many photos while staying here.

The accommodation is fantastic! It has been thoughtfully created in an old palazzo with all modern conveniences. The location is perfect within the old town and because the apartment is in the courtyard it’s lovely and peaceful.
Laura was incredibly accommodating when we had train delays and got there hours later than planned and did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

It was a really good hotel with a delicious breakfast and fabulous customer service. The breakfast staff were attentive and super friendly.
The room was cleaned in between our stay and honestly, it was like walking in to a new room- very clean. Everyone was friendly and made our stay very comfortable. The local beach is only 10 minutes walk which is a great asset to the accommodation.
