Loved the apartment, and we loved the beautiful walk to the adorable town along the lake!
Lake swimming just in front of the hotel. Very comfortable with air conditioning and parking.

Very quirky accommodation, definitely not a hotel, but more of a serviced apartment. Major plus is the excellent location in the centre of Arona, very close to train station and ferry terminal. This can cause some sound issues, but generally quiet after midnight until about 7am. No breakfast as such but there is a (difficult to use) vending machine. Very good cafe virtually next door though

Amazing view from the apartment, quite location, spacious and clean room, closed private parking, good breakfast. Small and cozy hotel in Piedmont, our family liked everything. We stayed for the one night, but I would be happy to extend the staying and explore the region even more.

Very nice, comfortable and stylish accommodation. The room is equipped with everything you would expect from a 5-star hotel. The owner has thought of everything and helped with everything. The breakfast was delicious, with a really wide choice. Everything was to our satisfaction, I hope to return.

Very average , outdated hotel.Room was dark and tiny with widow covered from outside so there was no sunlight access to it even though the day was bright and sunny.Staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast very limited with only cold continental buffet but at least was included in price. Location is great so if you just want place for sleep and head into town than its a place for you.Oh yeah , make sure you tighten your belt before you put the room key in your pocket cuz they attach keychain to it that weighs like half a kilo 😂

Firstly, we‘d like to stress that we had a very pleasant stay at your hotel. The interior was very pretty and charming and everything was very clean. We were also impressed by the sophisticated overall concept and the owners‘ affectionate attention to detail and liked how much love was put into all of it. Further, we found the owners to be friendly and charming people and would recommend others to choose this accommodation.

It was in an amazing location. Smack dab in the middle of the main drag, a few blocks from the train station (which is in a nice area), and in a very quiet building. It felt as though I was living in a rich relative's vacation apartment.

Lovely spacious 1 bedroom apartment with super views over the pool & towards the lake. Lovely hotel, attentive friendly staff and the most idyllic location right on the waterfront. Fab breakfast, lovely restaurants nearby and a quiet, beautiful base to explore Lake Maggoire.

Another fantastic stay at our regular hotel. Staff are as welcoming as ever, the rooms are impeccably clean and it is such a central hotel that all of central Acqui is just outside the door. Also excellent price and we've always had the best night sleep in the beds.

We have traveled all over the world and stayed in countless hotels but Gigi Suites&Apartments was one of the finest ones. Excellent breakfast in cozy but elegant bistro. Location was better than we could have ever imagined with parking just a few meters from the hotel. And our room so beautiful we even decided to extend our stay there. Overall I think there is a high possibility of you seeing this hotel in an article titled- Top 10 Apartmrnty in Italy.

A nice, spacious apartment right in the middle of the city. The location could not be any more central, yet I found it very quiet, therefore we had an excellent sleep quality. The comfy big bed helped there, too. Our host Alessandro was super nice! Just one thing which should be corrected: The parking for the car is at the back of the house, at the official address (Corso Garibaldi 28) you cannot stop, you need to enter a little back street behind the house...

Comfortable room in a student based accommodation. Great hotel and location for the purpose of our visit. Reception and breakfast staff particularly helpful. Breakfast was good albeit in a student hall environment.

The communication was top-notch, and the host is very friendly. As a woman, I felt secure in the building. The bar/café downstairs is very convenient. The nearby metro and train station is practical. The A/C helped a lot cooling down, but also the shutters helped to keep the heat outside. As expected for an apartment in the city center, the nearby streets with the tram are loud and in the courtyard there seems to be a mechanical shop during daytime. But I always use earplugs while sleeping, so it didn't bother me that much.

The apartment was big and had a nice kitchen and big bathroom, with space for me and my friend and a. Crib for my baby. It was in a central location that was 10 minutes walk from the station and to the centre of Domodossola. The owners were very kind and allowed me to check in early as I was with my baby and he needed to sleep. The price for the night was great value for money.

This is more of a hotel and not a hostel! The place was absolutely spotlessly clean.
I had an excellent two nights' sleep and the room had everything you required; slippers, welcome pack, tea and coffee and kettle! There is a kitchen area where you can make yourself a range of hot drinks and use their water machine.
The staff were so friendly and helpful. Volpedo is a delightful town with a tonne of history and cobbled streets.
I would 100% stay again and the photos do not do the hotel justice.
