Great location, quiet, comfortable and SUPER NICE staff!

The apartment was in a great location, large, and sparkling clean. With wonderful balcony all along the apartment wall, there was ample natural light. The neighborhood was active but not too loud at night, yet you are only a block or two away from the most action in Madrid.

It’s location near central city

The hotel gave an amazing feeling. The vide was very relaxing and pampering, the facilities were everything we could wish for. The staff even brought colouring book , colours and the Teddy bear for our kid, and set up a tipi for her. The best thing was B&O speaker, adding to the overall comfort. We loved everything! A special note about the breakfast: it's served in the patio, and is overall very good for 25 euro pp. You can order any number of plates you want (that includes fruits, jamon, baked goods, yogurt and eggs). We found it it tasty and satisfying. The area around was very safe, and it was a 5-10 min walking to almost everything

Everything about the stay was exceptional. The hotel is beautifully restored, with elegant interiors that blend classic grandeur with modern comfort. What truly sets it apart is the level of service—the staff remembered my name and greeted me personally throughout the hotel, making me feel genuinely welcomed. Every interaction was warm, attentive, and professional. The rooms were luxurious, the housekeeping impeccable, the breakfast outstanding, and the location is perfect for exploring Madrid on foot. It was an unforgettable experience.

The hotel is simply classy. You feel it from the entrance to the lobby. Personnel is highly professional and helpful. Very good breakfast, quality products. Service is excellent! Facilities are new and sparkling clean. The room is large. Garage parking (lift is used, so in case of a long car - contact reception in advance to ensure your car fits into the elevator). Gym available. Area is super safe, as nearby is the ministry of internal affairs, and the neighbourhood is watched by the police. Overall, we had a really good stay, worth the money you pay.

The location of the stay was incredible, you’re within walking distance to all the big monuments and museums. Train station is a close walk as well.

Honestly it’s so good I was tempted to gatekeep it. The location is perfect, the apartment had everything we could possibly need, the beds are extra comfortable and the service was topnotch.

Frederic and Luwana are super hosts, since the booking they contacted us, were very welcoming and were giving us advise on what to do in Madrid. Everything was arranged in advance, even our transportation from airport to apartment with their help and good contacts. They also had very nice gifts for us when we arrived, were very caring while our stay… we would definitely come back to them any time we travel to Madrid. A big thank you Frederic and Luwana !
