Amazing location with a spectacular sea view! We had excellent time and the stay was super comfortable. Would highly recommend!

The property is very clean, well looked after. It is designed to a very high standard, modern and luxurious. The attention to details is impressive. Everything is thought of. It feels very much like a 5 star hotel. Toiletries are of a very high quality. We had bathrobes and slippers and even pool towels. We felt really spoilt. We also got upgraded from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom villa. Beds are very confortable and bedding is of a very good quality. It is in a lovely location, with amazing sea views. There is a restaurant, cafe and little grocery shop at walking distance. It is in a very good position to be able to explore a lot of the beaches of the West coast of Lefkada. Thank you to the hosts for making our stay really memorable. Looking forward to returning.

Outstanding location, spacious villa

Exceeded my expectations. Every little detail has been thought of. There are even umbrellas to go to the beach with. There are flip flops/slippers for the pool. There is a mini market with everything you need at a 5-minute walking distance.

We were in July 2025. Very clean and accurate. The Hause has everything that you need during the stay.

The accommodation was very beautiful and extremely clean. It had comfortable, spacious areas and was fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was ideal, very close to the sea. We would like to thank Xara for the warm welcome and for always being available whenever we needed anything. We only wish we could have stayed longer! We will definitely return again soon.

The villa we stayed in exceeded all expectations. From the moment we stepped in, we were impressed with the attention to detail and the amenities provided. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything one could possibly need, including a dishwasher and a generous supply of coffee, tea, salt, pepper, dishwasher tablets, and even napkins. It made meal preparation and cleanup a breeze. The swimming pool was a highlight for both the adults and children. It was well-maintained and had a good number of deck chairs and a table with chairs for us to relax and enjoy. The entire area was nicely designed and provided a great space for everyone to unwind. All the rooms in the villa had air conditioning, which was a blessing during the hot weather. Additionally, each room was equipped with its own TV, and there was an additional TV in the living room, accommodating everyone's entertainment needs. The open plan ground floor was spacious and allowed for easy movement and interaction among our large group. One notable feature was the automated canopy for sun protection, which was conveniently operated with a remote control. This added an extra level of comfort during the sunny days. The hosts of the villa were fantastic. They were attentive, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. It was clear that they took pride in their property and wanted to ensure a pleasant experience for their guests. The villa also had a washing machine with necessary supplies, an airer, and an iron with a board. These additional amenities were greatly appreciated, especially for a longer vacation. The cleanliness of the villa was impeccable. We noticed that the cleaner not only took care of the interior but also maintained the swimming pool well. It made our stay even more enjoyable and hassle-free.

Better than in the photos! The Villa is just perfect. With private parking, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. We were there for 5 days and they changed our bedsheets and towels and cleaned the house.

This apartment was absolutely gorgeous and stunning. We loved it! We were struck by the beautiful design of the apartment and with such a peaceful beautiful vibe about it. Very clean and very neat, very spacious with everything you need to stay in beautiful lefkada. Just minutes into town and it was located in a very quiet and peaceful location. Guilia and Thodori who hosted us went absolutely above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay - anything you needed or information you required they were more than happy to provide us with.
