Nice and clean. Perfect yard especially if you have children, pool and playground next to your garden/ground floor terrace green. AC in both rooms. Everything you need to stay there. It is self catering, no one come to disturb. All the appliances you need. We loved staying there

Hotel is just fabulous, small, comfy. In this hotel you can relax and enjoy in quite and relaxed place you vacation. Room has comfortable beds, clean and modern bathroom, kitchen has stuff to prepare light lunch, coffee/tea is fulfilled daily. Pool area is with comfortable sunbeds. Location is also super cool: stores, bakery, beach all is reachable by foot walk. Private Parking is available!

The apartment was truly a dream! Spotlessly clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed – especially in the kitchen, which made things so much easier during our stay. We traveled with our children, who absolutely loved the swimming pool and the playground within the apartment complex. The location is also fantastic – just a short walk to the promenade full of lovely restaurants and cafes. The host was exceptional as well. Communication was smooth and friendly throughout, and we truly felt welcomed. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and host to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in Nikiti. We’re already planning to return in the future – there’s no doubt we’ll choose the same place again!

The room was very clean, the positioning is great, but our favourite was Anna, a wonderful person, who constantly makes sure that everything is ok and always helps with recommendations of everything you need. Can’t wait to come back!!

Modern, spacious, very clean and well-equipped apartments within 2 min walking distance to Nikiti beach and restaurants, bakery etc. Very comfortable beds. Private parking.

The property was wonderful — everything was clean, beautifully arranged, and very well equipped, down to the smallest details. The hosts were very kind; they even left us a welcome gift upon arrival and later treated us to some ice cream as well. The location is excellent, close to restaurants and the sea. 👍 The barbecue area and the terrace are amazing; we never even had dinner inside the house! Thank you very much! We would be happy to come back on another occasion. 😊

The apartment is stylish, very well furnished, with a modern and cozy interior, which makes the stay a real pleasure. Everything is arranged with taste and attention to detail, and the amenities are at the highest level. Georgios and Noula are incredibly kind and responsive people, always ready to help and greet with a smile. Don't miss the bakery below the apartment. The freshly baked breads and pastries are prepared with great care and quality ingredients. And let's not forget the great Greek coffee. We highly recommend this wonderful home!

A wonderful place! Perfect location, and the cleanliness of the apartment was at a very high level. The apartment was fully equipped – nothing was missing. Close to the sea, shops, and a very good restaurant 🙂 The host was very kind and welcoming. If you’re staying in Nikiti, this is the only place to choose ❤️ It’s the best option. Very beautiful and big garden with newly built rooms, which are a real treasure in greece. Lazy bags in the garden are the real deal!

Rooms are big and modern. Kitchen is filled with utensils. It is 5m walk to nice beach and only short drives to other beautiful Sitonia's beaches (Trani Ammouda is big recommendation). Supermarkets and awesome greek bakeries are close by. We had great two weeks.

Everything was perfect! The apartment was modern, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great, with private parking and easy access. The hosts were kind and helpful, and we felt safe throughout our stay. We would definitely come back!

We loved having our own yard! The location is perfect, just a few steps from the beach and close to the town. We had our own parking in front of the property. The host was amazing, always checking up on us. They were also so considerate and left us some coffee, honey, sugar, oil and spices to use. Also there was a shower gel and toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap and sponge for the dishes. I loved having a washing machine since we have a small child. There was also laundy detergent we could use. The kitchen had all the appliances and tools needed.

Our host and employees were incredibly interested. The house was very clean and useful. Breakfast was perfect. It was very close to the beach and places to eat. There was no parking problem. There was every opportunity you needed on vacation.
