AustraliaI loved everything about this property. The accommodation is absolutely stunning. It was very modern and comfortable log cabin with a beautiful outlook to the mountains. The property manager Lily was extremely helpful and very friendly throughout our stay. I highly recommend Samovilla to anyone thinking of travelling in this area.

The hotel is fully renovated, the rooms are truly 5 stars. The pool is great and the view on the lake fantastic. The reception staff was great in welcoming us and allowed us an early check in with no charge. Refreshments were provided upon check in - really nice welcome.

Excellent stay! Everything is new and very well cared for. The staff is the cherry on top! Lovely people that go above and beyond to make your stay memorable! I can’t thank enough for all the care and attention! I highly recommend the massage services and the restaurant… the desserts were outstanding! A real oasis in the mountains of Bulgaria!

is this a 5 star location? for me one no, it has too many shortcomings to be 5 stars, for this money I stayed at the hotel.

relatively close to the party/centre

The atmosphere was nice. The landscapes and views from the balcony was breathtaking. Close to the forest, and with nearby eco trail, it was perfect for a quick getaway. The rooms were clean and felt luxury and comforting at the same time. Employees are welcoming and always ready to help you out - everyone from the registration, the restaurant, the hygienists. The spa is perfect, has everything needed to get relaxed. Also, its close enough to the lift and the ski resort.
