Everything was great. Reception, communication with them before and upon arrival. Room was perfect. The exhibition (Formel 1) and Aquarium excellent, great even for kids. Breakfast great, restaurant as well, evening bar and terrace too. Excellent service. Very good place in the heart of Switzerland, close to Jura, Bern, not far from A1 highway. Many opportunities to discover sourroundindg on a bike. Simply, exceptional !!

Marco was very attentive to our every request, constantly making sure we are comfortable and have everything we need. It's rare for us to get such a good experience from hosts! Otherwise, the location was perfect for us, and having a parking spot nearby really helped us when we were arriving late at night from the Summerside Festival in a nearby town. The apartment itself was large and comfortable, and it was great to have a balcony we could relax at the end of a long day.

It is a very modern appartment located in the city centre, train and busstations are in walking distance as well as all sort of shops and restaurants. Found the appartment spotless, nice bathroom and cozy beds. WLAN is highspeed, kids were netflixing and I could easily attend a teamscall at the same time. Our host Thomas was a very friendly lad, checked us in and explained everything at the appartment and where the nice restaurants are.

Second time I've stayed here and remain very happy. Closely matches photos and description. Nicely situated in Spiez, out of the 'center' but close enough to easily walk to a few different restaurants, bakery or shop. Unlike many places to stay around Lake Thun, parking is just outside and easy. Clean and comfortable, 'no frills' but not expecting any.

Located in Grindelwald, a 10-minute walk from the train station, Boutique Hotel Glacier offers a restaurant with a terrace, a bar and a lounge with views of Mount Eiger.
