The hotel is beautiful and very clean overall. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to the housekeeping lady named Marielyn — she is one of the best and most honest cleaning staff I have ever met. She was extremely clean, thorough, and trustworthy. The spa was nice and relaxing, and the location is perfect. I enjoyed my stay so much that I have already recommended the hotel to several friends and I would love to stay here again in the future.

We found it on the internet hoping to be close to the Christmas lights - the show took place right outside the door. The marina was just across the street, and several points of interest were an easy walk. We were offered an upgrade for a fair price and accepted, which gave us a terrace and some other added perks. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely keep the hotel in mind when we can return for a longer stay.

The hotel is modern and very well located in the city center of Málaga, making it extremely convenient for getting around. The room, bathroom, and lobby were all stylish and spotless. There was a ceiling fan in the room, which helped with air circulation and made the stay more comfortable. The room size was average but perfectly adequate, and we didn’t feel cramped at all. There was also a small balcony, though we didn’t use it since our room was on the ground floor. Both the front desk and restaurant staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was also satisfying with a good selection. 말라가 시내에 위치한 신식 호텔로 시내의 왠만한 관광지는 모두 도보고 손쉽게 접근이 가능한 곳입니다. 객실과 욕실, 로비, 식당 모두 세련되고 깨끗했습니다. 객실엔 천장팬도 있더라고요. 객실 크기는 보통크기었으나, 발코니도 있어 더 넓게 사용이 가능합니다. 저희 경우에는 2층을 배정받아서 딱히 사용하지는 않았었습니다. 프론트와 식당 직원들 모두 친절하였고, 아침식사도 만족스러웠습니다.

Everything was great. Wonderful staff, very friendly. This is the 3rd time staying here. They gave us the best room! Stayed there 2 weeks and loved it. Nothing to complain about.

We were upgraded on arrival. The room was spacious with the most comfortable bed we’ve had on our trip. Lovely balcony and bathroom with bath. Lots of lovely toiletries. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Best buffet breakfast we’ve had and lovely roof top with very small pool (but be early). Great bar with terrific views of the port and up to the old town and cathedral.
