The showers and bathroom is good quality. The location is very good. Close to a long street where you have many things that you need.

Street with lots of historical buildings and one of the main tourist attraction parts of Tbilisi is just 100 meters down the corner. Besides it there are a ton of interesting cute streets with nice architecture in any direction from hotel;). Overall discovered a lot of interesting places just in 5-10 minutes walk in beautiful surrounding.
