This is an exceptional hotel - one of the best 5 stars we have ever stayed in. It is located in the heart of Ubud so great location for bars and shops, but then you come back to an oasis of calmness and luxury. The staff are wonderful- every single person we met was so friendly and helpful. The hotel pick up was great - nice air con vehicle. They even took us on to our next hotel in Seminyak! Overall an amazing hotel.

The staff is very nice and professional. The place is very well maintained and peaceful. Very luxurious experience, with welcome drink at checkin, fruit basket in the room, free massage voucher, free bicycles, afternoon tea/coffee, sweets and water before bed, private transfer to/from airport. The breakfast was amazing, very nice food and beautifully presented. It felt like being in a 5 stars resort.

Every single thing was beyond amazing at unagi suites, staff are the best thing about this place, pool is peaceful and luxurious.. afternoon tea everyday up at the skybar is a great way to unwind in the arvo. Food and drinks were lovely. The chef is a friendly guy who is welcoming. Even lucky enough to get a massage at the Spa which was lovely - great service from Ande and Deni. Everything, location, vibe, staff and facilities is 100% perfection.

So pleased we decided to make the effort to come to this peace of paradise. We've been to Bali many times and have visited alot of the island, and this place is special. We loved walking around the area and there is surprisingly alot of different activities you can do in the area, even though it's feels so remote and rural. The resort is like beautiful, amasing 5 star service, delicious food, outstanding staff. Here you can experience a real peace of Bali in luxury. We will definitely be back.

Amazing luxury villa with helpful staff. The furniture and utilities are superb luxurious! The place is hidden in a serene location, its so private yet close to the main ubud attraction. I had such a good time here!

The most exceptional experience ever! This is beyond 5 stars. Not because of fancy design, but because the overall vibe and feeling that you get when staying here. The food is incredible and the chef will tailor meals to your liking. The beds are so lovely and the rooms are super private. The sounds of the jungle give you such a feeling. The property is quaint and charming and you feel like you never want to leave. The staff is outstanding. I did not want to leave!
