They always answered our messages promtly and friendly, received us with a surprise gift (waiting for us when we arrived), offered us complimentary breakfast (not included with our reservation), and let us check out two hours late at no additional costs. We also liked that everything (e.g., check-in, door locks) was authomatic and the system was very intuitive to use.
