Really nice comfortable room with a comfortable bed and different pillows to choose from. Also enjoyed the bar which was hosting a jazz band, and the great breakfast.

The hotel is amazing, in a great location, very quiet and clean. The staff is amazing... everyone was so polite and friendly, it really makes a difference! We loved our hotel! The room was beautifully decorated, combining history with modern comfort. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and spacious. Each room was named after something related to Bologna’s history, and artwork was displayed throughout the hotel. Breakfast was generous and delicious, and we especially appreciated the local Bolognese specialties. The hotel is located right in the heart of the historic center, just a short walk from sights, food markets, and restaurants.

What not to like? this modern hotel checked all the boxes. The generously sized well appointed room was LUXURIOUS. The rate included breakfast, extensive and delicious. The staff was first class so very helpful and professional. Our room included a terrace wtih table and chairs. I booked a massage and my husband and I enjoyed the rooftop infinity pool, hot tub and sauna.

We especially liked how kind and friendly the staff was! They always answered our messages promtly and friendly, received us with a surprise gift (waiting for us when we arrived), offered us complimentary breakfast (not included with our reservation), and let us check out two hours late at no additional costs. We also liked that everything (e.g., check-in, door locks) was authomatic and the system was very intuitive to use.
