I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful experience I had. The staff members were exceptionally polite and truly made me feel welcome. Their friendly demeanor was evident throughout my visit. It's so refreshing to encounter such a considerate and helpful team. Every interaction was a pleasure, and they went above and beyond. I was truly impressed by their professionalism and genuine warmth. Thank you for providing such an outstanding level of service. Set in the heart of Riccione, Hotel Concord - Nel cuore di Riccione is just off Viale Ceccarini, and 80 metres from the beach. It offers a swimming pool with hydromassage area. Rooms offer free Wi-Fi.... Everything. The room was comfortable and spacious, the bed was comfortable. The shower was the best I've had in a long time. Breakfast was fantastic. My stay was out of season so the price was very very good for what I got. I was sorry I could only stay for one night this time.

What not to like? this modern hotel checked all the boxes. The generously sized well appointed room was LUXURIOUS. The rate included breakfast, extensive and delicious. The staff was first class so very helpful and professional. Our room included a terrace wtih table and chairs. I booked a massage and my husband and I enjoyed the rooftop infinity pool, hot tub and sauna.
