Room is 7 minute walk to train station. Bed and sofa bed were both comfy and Matilda set us up with great local restaurant recommendations and sight-seeing ideas. Snacks and coffee were on hand to enjoy on the patio. This is not a hotel - no lobby or front desk, but Matilda was available on WhatsApp any time and super lovely and helpful!

To echo all the other comments - Diego is a wonderful host. Very welcoming and friendly, and very helpful with giving useful information and advice about the surrounding area. The room was lovely and spacious with a private terrace, and was spotlessly clean. The setting requires you to have a car to get to it, but it is so tranquil and peaceful - we loved listening to the birds singing in the morning over a cup of coffee.

Nice Rooms , very clean . Silent at the Night . We come back 🤩👍🏻. Love the Colona 24 and Giovanni.

The apartment was lovely with everything we needed and more. It was a great base to explore the Cinque Terre by train! Many in our group were very unwell and the property owners went above and beyond to assist us on a Sunday with searching out a medical clinic and pharmacy that were open and able to treat us. We would highly recommend this property and hope to return some time again in the future.

Very very clean, comfortable room. The lounge room & balcony where great. We loved the water fountain and espresso. Very very friendly and helpful staff, easy check in We will definitely come back. And the app - my tourist home - very helpful to find out about the city and surroundings.

The apartment was spotless, with excellent facilities and thoughtful touches. The location was perfect for exploring La Spezia and the Cinque Terre. At the end of a long day exploring, we were always looking forward to coming back to the suite. We couldn’t have asked for more.
