The room was spacious and well decorated and immaculately clean. The staff were super helpful and friendly. We mentioned when we were arriving, and they stored our luggage and let us check in an hour only. The breakfast food was delicious. Also the restaurant for lunch/evening meal was great too. If you have any doubts about booking here, ignore them and book it. You won't regret it. This place was amazing and we miss it already.

Objekat Más Palomas Concept House by Paloma's Hotels - Adults Only, koji je smešten u gradu Merida, na 15 min. What a fabulous stay! We spent two nights at Mas Palomas Concept House. We were warmly greeted by staff, and shown our room. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning good, and a lovely little pool. The whole hotel only has four rooms so you are well looked after. You are able to get breakfast and dinner (if you want) and the sister hotel around the corner. There is a loading bay outside to drop bags, and a private carpark to keep your car in. The staff communicate by Whatsapp if they aren't at the desk, and you are able to come and go as if its your own house. The hotel has been done up really beautifully. Even when we found our shower drain was blocked, the staff fixed when we went out for a walk our first evening, and we didn't have any more problems after that. The team also recommend a fabulous restaurant in Merida, and we are so grateful for how lovely they were! You are also only a short walk from central Merida, but just outside which means its very quiet at night.

The staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home, especially Natalie. Walking distance to a bunch of cool bars and restaurants.
