The hotel had just been open a few months after a complete renovation/remodel and everything was new and in excellent condition. We were upgraded to a bigger room which was really nice. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the doorman. The location was excellent for walk about in the tourist areas of Porto.

The location is also great, in a quiet street, not in the bustling center, but right next to a metro station and a short walk to all the cool stuff in Porto. I highly recommend the hotel to anyone, especially those traveling with kids.
