My driver from the airport dropped me at the back rather than the front of the property by the F&B and I was approached by 2 local men who tried to 'helpfully' take my case and for the first time ever in Saudi felt very uncomfortable - I reported this to the staff when I checked in who immediately sent a team member to investigate and upgraded my room by way of an apology.

Featuring a fitness centre, shared lounge and free WiFi, Braira Al Wezarat is set in Riyadh, 3.2 km from Murabba Palace and 3.8 km from Al Faisaliah Tower. The hotel was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The room was spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location is also very convenient. Most importantly, the front desk manager, Mr. Mohammed Al-Shammari, was exceptionally polite, respectful, and helpful. His professionalism and support made a real difference and left a very positive impression.
