Facilities, room very clean very comfortable bed, and the breakfast was yummy also the ferry which was a free transport from hotel was excellent

We often stay in 5-star hotels in Bangkok, and this hotel is one of the best. The room is comfortable: soft bed, large bathtub, which I used every day. For the first time, there were no issues with the water. Usually, in Thailand, the water in the shower constantly changes temperature. I liked that the room has a kitchen: microwave, toaster, plates, and cutlery. Washing machine. It has always been a problem to find a good laundry service when we arrived. The city view from the window is stunning. And the room size is large. Large and beautiful common pool and relaxation area. Everywhere is clean. Very good staff. We were given the opportunity for a late check-out without any problems. We will definitely return to this hotel.

The cafe on the ground floor was great, and the swimming pool was fantastic. The large-screen TV in our room was too good for us to be cosy and watch FRIENDS. The kitchenette was a super add-on to our comfort. All in all 10/10 stay for us.
