We had an amazing 11-night stay at the Hyatt Koh Samui! From start to finish, the service was (family-) friendly, thoughtful, and very guest-focused. We stayed in one of their villas, which was good for our family of four (with kids aged 5 and 7). They added a cot next to the sofa and the kids slept comfortably. The villa was clean, spacious, and comfortable, offering everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The private pool was definitely a highlight and we spent our entire days swimming! The food across the resort was delicious with plenty of variety, and the staff showed incredible care when one of us felt a little under the weather — something we truly appreciated. Highly recommend this resort for families looking for a beautiful, welcoming, and luxurious getaway. We would love to return someday!

Enjoying a peaceful beachfront location on the white and sandy Chaweng Beach, SALA Samui Chaweng Beach Resort comprises of two buildings. Everything was awesome. And that's because of the employees there. They are all terrific. Excellent service oriented professionals. Particularly, the lady who Checked me in and also Mr. Guard, room service person. Terrific. The pool area is inviting and relaxing. The beds were deliciously comfortable. In room coffee machine and a welcoming gift of coconut water and nibbles. Three steps away from the beach front and 50 steps away from shops And restaurants..the staff were fantastic

Cozy and new rooms, 5 min walking to the beach, the best staff we’ve found in Thailand, great food and unique pool! Also the shampoos, conditioner and body cream they use are actually good (which is not normal in hotels)!
