This was our second visit the the Andiz, we loved it the first time and it didn’t disappoint the second time. I’m literally going to say what everyone else says, the staff are so friendly they make you feel like family, a lot of guests are returning so you know people already. It really is a special hotel with such a relaxed feeling. Savas the manager walks round the whole hotel all day long, chatting with the guests and making people feel comfortable. Halit runs his bar so well, always a hub for a good chin wag and a cocktail. I could write about every member of staff but they are all very good at their job and that starts at the top and filters down. The rooms are very comfortable, the food is good, drinks good, location great for a walk on the prom or a walk into Side. Roof top bar is a great place to watch the sunset and there is a new terrace bar with beautiful palms and ambient lighting where you can sit by day and bask in the sunshine or have pre/post dinner drinks. We had a massage package this year, very good, can highly recommend. To sum up from a fussy traveller, it’s fabulous!

From the beginning when we arrived we have luggage service from our car we were help with luggage and taken by electric buggy to our room, the place is all green, lots of palm trees and banana trees ,.mandarin trees ,the place looks better than on the site, food was in abundance with lot of options to chose from, drinks service at table ;the staff was very friendly and helpful ,the service was the best I have seen so far !and this comes from someone who works on the hospitaly industry and traveled so far in 137 countries, desserts made on the spot from scratch with lots to chose from ,enertainement staff was very involved with themed party every night, quality of the drinks was very good for all inclusive I especially enjoyed the Schweppes selection ,management was around all the time checking the quality of product from early morning .For me the best part with sets Melas apart from other locations was the quality of services and the fact that they have bottled sparkling water included in all inclusive available on the beach in the fridge because that's all I drink, also I really enjoyed the beach bar drinks ice cream and Donner kebab with was included in the al inclusive program, pizza available on the afternoon was very tasty. Amazing job ! THANK YOU TO ALL STAFF AND MANAGEMENT for a very relaxing vacation, everything was delightful. I am looking for next time to come here! I will recommend from the heart Melas to all my friends.

It was my 6th time in Arum Barut in the last 5 years. I have been to Turkey so many times before, but Arum Barut is the only place where I want to come back every year. The hotel is very nice, green territory, very ordinate and very well curated, big variety in food, which is always tasty. There is always space on the beach at any time of the day even with a full hotel. The beach bar is a diamond, you won’t wanna leave! The big thanks to the team, I do think that all the magic is done by the staff who makes you feel like home. You feel like all the team wants your stay to be perfect, you feel cuddled, every question is being answered and whenever there is something, the team is there to help you. This is what I have never felt before in my other stays in other hotels, and what makes me come back to Arum Barut. ❤️
