The gentleman at checkup was knowledgeable I had paid for 3 rooms prior and went to 3rd party, booking.com, the other lady at front desk wanted my card to check in, I had told her and verified that I had already paid. She needed the other person’s assistance to make sure I wasn’t going to get charged again. I’m curious how much goes to booking.com. That was disappointing

We loved the suite. Having seperate bedrooms was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had pet stations outside. We had 2 dogs with us. I ran out of bags, so that was helpful. We will be staying there again.

Breakfast was amazing each morning. Loved the service overall. Each service member was extremely friendly, the trainee was extremely friendly. This hotel knocked it out of the park!
