We were not happy when we arrived with our location of the room we had chosen to stay in a sea view which we did not have. The following day we were moved to a super upgraded ocean view room which is what we had thought we were getting to start with. It was dealt with quickly and professionally. The room had a beautiful view and very comfortable. Location is fantastic next to a lovely shopping area with great restaurants.

Service orientation of every department right from when we arrived. these are people who understand hospitality, are professional and always ready to find solutions. from Rex at the front desk who sorted out our booking mix up to housekeeping who provided us microwaves & plates to use. facilities very good - very powerful shower. great ocean views. good wifi.

Food and service at Longboards was good. Check-in and check-out were convenient. We didn't have time to fully enjoy all of the amenities but we enjoyed our stay.

Courtyard by Marriott King Kamehameha's Kona Beach Hotel은 2개의 구내 레스토랑을 갖추고 있으며, 평면 TV와 발코니를 갖춘 객실을 제공합니다. We upgraded to Oceanfront View room, so the view from the balcony was outstanding!!! I think any other room could "slightly" change our rating.
