This property was exceptionally good designed according to all needs which travellers could have. Another big plus that it is possible to leave luggage

The hotel itself was great! The rooms are what you would expect for a Mercure. There is steam room and a sauna, as well as a spa. There is a gym with some cardio machines and free weights which we utilized!

Good location, just by Troon metro station. Decent continental breakfast spread plus a waffle maker. Pleasant staff. Can check in early if you are an accor member. Offer free baggage store. Room is on the small side. Could do with a tea towel to dry up crockery as no house keeping service during stay.

Worst experience ever with both booking.com and Mercure hotel Brussels

The room and the bed were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was extraordinary according to the European breakfast. It was large and tasty. The transportation from the hotel to the center and the airport was easy with the buses and trams. The bus stop is just opposite the hotel.

The reception staff at the lobby was outstanding. They helped me change rooms for the ones I truly wanted and managed to change my bookings accordingly. They went over and beyond duty in doing so.

The hotel is exactly what you expect from an Accor Mercure hotel. The rooms are standard and comfortable. I love it when the toilet is separated from the bathroom. It gives a lot more flexibility when three people are in the room. The room was clean. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to try the breakfast. The hotel is very close to the Brussels-Midi train station.

The most important aspect of the Mercure Hotel in Brussels is the magnificent staff. The best hotel staff I have ever encountered.
