Very spacious room and bathroom. Largest room and bathroom I've experienced in Japan so far after 2 visits. Up to date toilet, shower facilities etc even included a nice large bath with jets. Location is excellent, right on the main river between Kyoto and Gion and next to the Gion train station.

West Japan Kyoto Kiyomizu is set in Kyoto, in the Higashiyama Ward district. This 1-star hotel offers free WiFi.

We stayed at the apartment (5 minutes walk from the hotel), which was clean, roomy and felt very Japanese to us. We loved it.

We truly loved this accommodation and we felt very well there. The apartment is located in a quiet zone, close to a Lawson Supermarket and to the public transport.
