We stayed for more than a week to get the feel of retiring in the Philippines. There are lots of expats that meet up every Tuesdays and Fridays The location is a high-end place, and traffic is not as bad as Manila and other cities. The place is near Batangas, where white sand beaches are. Lots of tourist attractions. And if you're from a cold country, this is the best place to be.

Location was excelent with everthing i could want or need in walking distance 7 eleven mc donalds pharmacy grocery ktv mechanic shops banks you name it.... But most of all the staff was very polite and avalible if ever i needed assistance.I would go back!

it is as it looks on the photos. the reception girl was helpful, doing quick business. i emphasise the cleanness both the room and the bathroom. the bed was firm and good quality.

The room was big and everything was clean. Very friendly host, quiet and green environment, perfect for relaxation. Nice local neighbourhood, not far from shops, restaurants and bus to Manila or possibly elsewhere.
