Obviously the view is a big plus. In addition the rooms are quite large and nicely furnished. The bathing facilities on the balcony and the ones publicly shared are clean and very comfy.

Absolutely amazing location, right by the expressway bus station, with amazing views of Mt. Fuji, free shuttle bus to all the attractions and an amazing breakfast buffet and the Onsen! Nothing to complain about, favourite part of the 2 week Japan trip.

Right on the shore of the scenic Kawaguchiko Lake, Hotel New Century boasts spacious Japanese-style rooms overlooking the lake and Mount Fuji. Loved the view of Mt Fuji overseeing the lake from our room Also loved the Japanese-style room, and the dinner and breakfast we availed of were great. The onsens were also a pleasant experience to try, and the staff were very attentive and can speak English well. We also appreciated the shuttle back to the station.

Located right in front of Lake Kawaguchi in the Mount Fuji area, Fuji Lake Hotel offers spacious accommodations with mountain or lake views. dinner is supper good , especially the beef and sashimi! Nice location, short walk to ropeway and the cruise. Tatami bed is supper good.

Hotel Asafuji is simply an outstanding place! Everything here is done with such love and attention to detail. We felt cared for even before arriving: the staff contacted us in advance to confirm our preferences and arrival time, which made us feel truly welcomed. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service both to and from Kawaguchiko Station, which was incredibly convenient. Upon arriving at the station, we followed the staff's advice and went to the tourist information center, where the friendly employees happily helped us call the hotel. Within just 5 minutes, the shuttle arrived to pick us up. The location is breathtaking: a picturesque spot right by the lake with stunning mountain views. We enjoyed wonderful walks in the area. Just note that there are no shops or pharmacies directly nearby, so plan ahead if you need anything. We chose the room with meals included, and I highly recommend it – there's no need to bring extra food! Both dinner and breakfast were incredibly generous, and we couldn't finish everything despite our best efforts. The meals were a real highlight: a true performance and introduction to Japanese culture. On top of that, as a lovely welcome gesture, we were greeted with complimentary tea and small snacks upon arrival. The rooms are spotless and equipped with everything you need. The room wear, towels, and bedding are exceptionally comfortable and high-quality, and the Wi-Fi is fast. The onsen bath is located on the top floor (if I remember correctly), and we had a wonderful, relaxing time there. The staff are exceptional: efficient, friendly, and always ready to help with any questions at the reception. We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire team at Hotel Asafuji for their hard work and dedication. Thanks to you, our short stay became a little magical adventure! We can't wait to return someday.

Offering beautiful Mount Fuji views from all rooms, public baths, and restaurants, Mizno Hotel is a 5-minute drive from Kawaguchiko Train Station. We absolutely loved our stay at Mizno hotel. The views from the hotel and from our room of Fuji were amazing. The room was comfortable with a nice balcony and also really enjoyed the breakfast during our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We took advantage of the free bike hire (which were electric) to cycle around the lake.
