Situated right next to Fuji-Q Highland Amusement Park, Highland Resort Hotel & Spa boasts Mount Fuji views, large hot spring baths and spa facilities. Everything about this hotel was exceptional. The room beautifully merged 'Japandi' aesthetics, a blend of Japanese and Western styles. This is, by far, my favorite hotel in Japan. Although the staff didn't speak English, their efforts to assist were commendable and appreciated. The hospitality was warm and welcoming. The Onsen attached to the hotel is the best I experienced during my entire trip in Japan. The view of Mt. Fuji on my last day from the window was unforgettable. I will definitely return

Right on the shore of the scenic Kawaguchiko Lake, Hotel New Century boasts spacious Japanese-style rooms overlooking the lake and Mount Fuji. Rooms are renovated in Japanese style and I loved it. Views are impressive. Taken the first coffee facen the Fuji in your room is a total experience. The staff was so nice. And I highly recommend the dinner in the hotel!!!

Featuring great views of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi, Konanso boasts natural hot spring baths and large Japanese-style rooms with traditional tatami (woven-straw) flooring. room is spacious enough. parking is also convenient. dinner is beautiful and we had lots of fun cooking some dishes ourselves. the menu is different every day and they really put an effort in that.

Peacefully situated on the shore of Lake Kawaguchi in the scenic Mount Fuji area, Japanese-style hot spring hotel Kasuitei Ooya features rooms with stunning lake views, some boasting a private... Nice hotel facing Lake Kawaguchiko, the onsen was great! Breakfast was okay. Room is super spacious, fully equipped with open air hot bath. Staffs were all super nice and helpful, even helped us to book the highway bus.

The location is awesome—right by Lake Kawaguchi, and if you’re lucky with the weather, you get a perfect view of Mt. Fuji. The room was clean, comfy, and bigger than I expected. It had a nice mix of traditional and modern, which made it feel cozy without being outdated. The onsen was one of my favorite parts, especially the outdoor bath with the lake view. Super relaxing. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. They gave good tips about the area and made everything easy. Breakfast was solid too, with plenty of Japanese and Western options. Overall, it’s a really chill and comfortable place to stay. I’d definitely come back.

Boasting views of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi for all rooms and hot-spring baths, Hotel Asafuji provides air-conditioned Japanese-style rooms with a green tea set. We stayed as a group of seven and everything was wonderful from start to finish. The kaiseki dinner course and breakfast were truly exceptional experiences — absolutely something everyone should try at least once. The hotel staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and the level of service was top-notch. I also noticed that assistance was available in several different languages, which was very impressive. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel also has an onsen, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back!

Offering beautiful Mount Fuji views from all rooms, public baths, and restaurants, Mizno Hotel is a 5-minute drive from Kawaguchiko Train Station. The view of Fujisan from the room was exceptional!!
