Everything is sooooooo beautiful! The house is warm, the beds are comfy, and the host set up a “true Armenian” afternoon tea for us to enjoy when we arrived, which was so lovely and appreciated! And the mint tea was delicious.

It is a place far away from everything, which gives it its beauty and romance, but it is not easy to get to, and there is nothing nearby (neither shops, nor restaurants...). The breakfast was very good with local bread, cheese, jam, tomatos .. The house is in the Arpa river valley, that is beautiful.

Peaceful place very close to main highway. About 1km is unpaved, but good quality and no problem also in rain. Large bbeautiful garden with a family of black cats. Large room with carpets and large comfy bed (really nice). Good shower with enough pressure. Good breakfast, good house wine. Helpful and accommodating hosts.
