There is a saying that you only get what you pay for and for £3o what more could you wish for?! The owner was so kind and even made us a coffee on arrival. The room was spotlessly clean. It’s only a short walk to the main road where you can find food and shops and the locals are lovely. I want to give this property 50 out of ten purely for the value for money and also help negate the negative comments that I’ve read! Please stop everyone and think. If you want a palace then don’t choose this please and certainly don’t potentially damage someone’s business by complaining about petty things. Thank you lovely lady and thank you Armenia.

Hosts were amazingly hospitable. Since our flight was early in the morning (we departured at 4 AM), we didn't want to have breakfast. Lovely host Anush arranged a delicious dinner instead of the breakfast within half an hour of our arrival. She also gave us some fruits, toy and sweets for our child. In the end she organized our transfer to the airport free of charge and woke up before 4 AM to say goodbye. I give my biggest recommendations, as many other reviews I saw when choosing this object.
