We really appreciated the small welcome treats — nuts and dried fruits — a healthy and thoughtful touch. When we arrived, it was tea time, which felt like a lovely welcome, especially for the children, who enjoyed having tea with cakes. There was plenty of complimentary water and apples available, which was very convenient. The pool was not crowded at all, making it very relaxing. We also enjoyed spending some time outside, taking in the beautiful snowy surroundings. Overall, a very pleasant and welcoming stay. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. At breakfast, we especially enjoyed the fresh orange juice and the option to choose how the eggs were prepared. In the evening, the schnitzel was freshly made (not from a deep fryer), which we really appreciated. The salad bar was very fresh and offered a wide variety of choices. By the way, in January and February there are great tobogganing (rodeln) opportunities in the surrounding area.
