Amazing apartment and super luxurious

The food was excellent. The staff was thoughtful and warm. Accommodations were extremely comfortable, clean and beautiful. The trip succeeded our expectations. The property was quiet, the shuttle to and from the ski lift was on time and efficient and made skiing very easy.

Very friendly and helpful owners made the stay very pleasant. Would come again.

The hosts were super accomodating and hospitable. We arrived before 7am and they even came to look for us when they opened, in their driveway and allowed us to already enter the room! The choice at breakfast was large. It was all very clean. The hostess knew all about the region and weather and what she didn’t know, she made enquiries for.

Beautiful house in a beautiful region managed by a fantastic host.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! The check-in process was smooth and easy—our host was very accommodating, waiting for us to arrive and personally handing over the keys with a warm welcome. The apartment itself was fresh, cozy and located just a short drive from Warth, where the ski lifts to the SKI Arlberg region are. Although you can't walk to the lifts, the drive was quick and convenient. One thing to note is that the road between Warth and Lech is closed in the winter, so plan your route accordingly - you will be able to get to Lech or St. Anton only by skis (unless you want to drive more than 2 hours around the whole ski area). The host also offered a lovely fresh bread delivery service, which was a great touch to start our mornings. We had access to ski storage and a parking space, making it very easy to get around. During the week, we enjoyed total peace and quiet, as we barely saw the host or our neighbors—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Another thing to consider: the ceiling in the apartment is quite low, as mentioned in the booking description. It may not be comfortable for anyone taller than 1.83–1.85 meters. Otherwise, it’s a wonderful place to stay, and we highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area!

It was a cozy home with Easl being a great host. She made us feel at home from the first minute and even cooked a fantastic hommade meal.

Very big size apartment with everything you need for your stay. Mini market in lobby was very useful and not expensive. Friendly owners. Definitely will come back soon.

Comfort and equipment were perfect. Location was ideal for skiing. Wi-Fi was robust.

Apartment was very clean, even the kitchen utensils were exceptionally clean. Nadine did everything she could, to be able to give us the apartment before official check-in time. We have found everything we have needed in the apartment. Apartment is new and exceptionally big compared to other apartments we have stayed until now. It is very close to 2 ski lifts. Parking and ski room are definitely other advantages.

Property was well located for Ski lifts, shops, restaurants and buses. Very comfortable apartment with everything we required, secure and complete with ski/boot storage room and underground car park. Oh, and fresh bread and pastries delivered daily ! This is beginning to sound like an advert, but a special mention must go to the host, Alex, for making sure that we had everything we needed.

Amazing beautiful design hotel all details where great. Quality in everything and the car can be parked under the hotel. A great spa and skiing from the hotel. A nice town is Warth and only a few minutes away from Lech. The hotel has two restaurants and bars what we enjoyed a lot.

Very spacious, modern, well equipped and clean appartment. Location was perefect, proper ski in/out locatio. The breakfast was excellent with a good selection of hot and cold food cooked fresh every morning. Paul our host was brilliant and made our stay realy enjoyable. Sauna and steam room was a welcome treat after a hard day on the hill.

We loved everything! The staff were exceptional. From the moment we arrived, when we were greeted by the manager, until we left, we were very happy with the professionalism and friendliness of each member of staff. Our apartment was well equipped and in a great location. The breakfast was great too! The staff at breakfast Matt & Georgia, were exceptional!
