Excellent location and facilities. The house was amazing, with great views from both bedrooms and the kitchen/lounge. The house was clean, and the bathrooms and kitchen were well equipped. The bedrooms were huge. I would happily return and recommend.

The location and views are EXACTLY as they are advertised. The views are breathtaking. It is a gorgeous walk down to town and the PSLSC beach at Preservation Bay, either along the road or through the paddocks, or a quick drive. We had two cottages and they are close but completely separate visually and sound wise. WE could slip between the two cottages for meals but also have quiet time and actually feel quite removed from each other - perfect when you have 18 year olds who have already been hiking for seven days and sharing tents with you! The fresh eggs were delicious, the amenities great. We washed all our camping/hiking gear, aired and dried tents and felt right at home. The beach at Preservation Bay was divine.

This place is absolutely fantastic! In the best possible location, so close to the main street. The house has everything you need to relax, cook. Comfortable bed, beautifully decorated, it has a warm feel to it and the back garden smells incredible. We stayed for 4 nights with our golden retriever, and it was perfect for the transition from the Gold Coast to Tasmania, before moving into our home.

excellent accommodation, very helpful owner, unexpectedly hearty breakfast included in the price, wonderful environment and house, luxurious equipment, probably the most magical of all that we have ever visited. Thank you.

Gorgeous retreat in Penguin. Hosts really go all out to ensure a great stay, witg lots of homemade treats and luxuruous fittings. Easy communication made for a wonderful 4 night stay in Penguin, which is a real Tassie gem too.

Fantastic location - really appreciated that they had an honesty bar after a really long drive and everything was shut.

Authentic retro style was amazing. Spacious and very comfortable. Great view of water and fantastic bakery next door. Very helpful owner.
