AustraliaThe staff were incredible! Kali went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, providing top level, personable service throughout our stay. There was a staff member working the night shift too who assisted us during an accident we had away from the hotel. Again, he went out of his way to help.
The location is great if you want to explore the national park, and only a short walk to the shops. Great wildlife right on your doorstep.

The rooms were ample for our one night stay, plenty of parking and we loved the pool area. We ate all of our meals at the restaurant and we were happy with everything we ordered. It was lovely to eat outside and the atmosphere was excellent. Staff were helpful and friendly and answered our questions with a smile. We used the shop for some basic supplies and purchase our fuel here too. Perfect location to do the Yellow Water Billabong Cruise and we went back to the walkways to watch the sun set.

The whole studio room is totally enough for four to five people. And there is enough space for parking. Overall, it is over our family's expectation.

Aboriginal art gallery. Fabulous (paintings in the hotel, and also external Art Centre .
Miles to the car park through gate. My "cheap" room as far from facilities as possible. Massive room.

Great location in the national park. Restaurant was a good and convenient place to eat. Ground floor room, with direct access from car park, made life easy.

The pool is lovely and the bistro was good. Toilet block was OK and the ambience of the site was good. It was nice and spacious, but it would have been nice to have shaded car parking with trees.
