The place was beautiful, great location, easy to find and close to the city. But I felt there wasn’t enough staff. Even though it was low season, I wasn’t welcomed at reception as I expected. The week before my stay I sent several emails and calls to book a table at the restaurant, but got no reply. Staff were always kind, but their English was very limited, so communication was hard and a bit frustrating. Overall, the place is lovely but the service and attention to guests was disappointing.
