What a lovely tranquil setting to just unwind for a couple of days, Very quaint property, nicely appointed, well done. To the young lady at the Hotel where we picked up the key, thank you, very welcoming.

Everything was great - we got such a warm welcome! The room has a really huge and comfortable bed, a bathroom with very soft towels and kitchen equipment. There was coffee and fruit left for our stay and cold water, the fridge was also filled with cold drinks and so on, we never had before and it showed again with how much love the owner runs the B&B. There is also a huge yard around and you can watch different birds and parrots. Do not miss having breakfast in the tram - what an experience. We got fresh fruit, yogurt, ham and eggs … juice !Books and puzzles invite to stay. There are so many details and every little corner is made with love - watch my pictures, maybe you can a feeling and understand. We are so thankful about meeting and staying and recommend it totally .

I was greeted by a lovely gentleman who asked how was my day & was I enjoy traveling around Australia. Gave me my key & advice where to get something to eat & what a great recommendation it was. As we walked back came out to check what everything was ok & how was our meal

From the minute we got there the staff and owner were very attentive, pleasant and immediately made us feel very comfortable. Showed us our rooms and explained the layout and where everything was. The service at dinner was excellent and the food was super. My Favorite was the sticky date pudding, which was excellent. I must add that this was my first visit to the hotel and knew no one, but left with a feeling that we had made a bunch of new friends. Even the chef came out to the lounge bar for a drink and had a chat. I told them that if I'm in the area I will drop in, even if it is to just have a drink.

The house was very clean with everything needed. Easy access and easy to get stuff in through the back if stairs are an issue. Air con and heating worked very well. Beds were big, crisp, clean and comfortable. Bedrooms were huge! The tv was a smart tv and a good size. Internet supported us all and wasn't slow. The street was very quiet and locals seemed very nice. Views weren't amazing but still nice. Lots of birds to see. The deck out the front was very comfortable. Nice and relaxing and mostly in the shade in the afternoon. Nice walking tracks very close by.

This place has so much soul. Every detail, along with the thoughtful communication, made us feel like we had discovered a hidden sanctuary. Thank you for such a beautiful experience.

The outdoor bath was amazing, beds super comfy with beautiful linen sheets

Fantastic house, spacious & well appointed. Truely a home away from home. Located out of town within a golf club, restaurant available at nearby resort. Needed our vehicle to get our supplies in Creswick or some shopping in Ballarat. Great for a round of golf, game of tennis or mountain bike paths all around. Quiet location, modern facilities & well appointed kitchen.

It was a great place for a family trip. Clean kitchen, so warm and nice bedrooms, fast internet service, I will be there again if I have a chance.
