The hotel is quite nice, the outside view is pretty. Rooms are clean, parking is large, both pools (outdoor and indoor) are large, clean and filled with warm water. The appetizers in the restaurant were quite exceptional - both the squid and the French fries were delicious.

No breakfast or any food services except a coffee machine at reception. Room has a kettle and a fridge, cutlery, cups, plates, glasses, including washing up liquid, there was bottled water and coffee, sugar and a sink, sadly the water bottles in the fridge and the sachets of coffee and sugar were only a token gift on arrival and never replenished. Although not a harsh criticism perhaps the hotel is missing a trick here as most hotels refill these as a regular room service. Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are cleaned and tidied daily. There is a huge range of shops and a few supermarkets in Beloslav town for everything you may need. Lots of free parking at the hotel. Special mention to the receptionist Anni, so helpful and a delightful Bulgarian girl who speaks good English.😁👍
