Very nice location and pleasant stay

Perfect , very clean and well organised .

Staff were efficient and friendly but not too effusive or invasive. Coming and going made super easy - every one in a good mood- a beautiful atmosphere to be part of.

Staff were very friendly and there was a fridge full of free local beers! Breakfast was good and included in the price. Hotel was well maintained and very clean.

Flexibility of staf was perfect.

Large room, nice breakfast (a small extra cost) and friendly host.

The property s at a very good location.Tram station is in front of the building.10min with the tram to the main train station

Very good location. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The hosts were really nice and caring and they really did everything to accommodate my needs. I felt really taken care of. Like, for example, they saw that my car didn't have the vignette in the right place and they advise me to put it right to avoid a fine. If I had stayed in a hotel they would not even care I think. Hey also attended to other personal and specific requests I had (for personal reasons I wont share) and they did go above and beyond what I would have expected. Breakfast was very good as well.

It was a wonderful stay. The apartment was large and spacious. It has everything you need to spend a few days in Basel. The bedrooms are big and comfortable. The beds are extremely comfortable. The apartment was very clean. Communication with Tonight Apartment was excellent. After inquiring, we immediately received a mobility ticket. The pick-up and return of the keys was very easy. The location is great, very close to the tram stop. It’s easy to get to the center of Basel from there. There’s a Coop store nearby. I consider the stay to be very successful. I highly recommend it. Thank you very much

Great location for a relaxing break

The apartment was very clean and laid out perfectly. It was easy to find, using public transport, and access. Thank you for everything you did to make our stay so enjoyable. Would definitely recommend.

Location was perfect for our needs. Nice quiet neighbourhood

The staff were very polite and efficient. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed our time at Novotel Basel.

We adored our stay at Vanette, and will surely return! Her B&B is a truly visionary project, and deserves all the success : it is clear that she put so much love and attention in every detail. The rooms are super modern, very cozy, and we both liked the concept of combined bed and sofa, in which we very well. We had a healthy breakfast together in the beautiful veranda, while having very inspiring discussions. The surrounding area is beautiful and quiet.

The rooms are in a quiet location with birds chirping and face a green inner courtyard, although the hotel is located on the noisy square at the entrance to Basel's train station. The cleanliness is absolutely perfect. The welcoming staff responds to every request and always with a smile and a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere. The Basel card is great. The breakfast is of a high standard with an emphasis on fresh, local and healthy food Variety and very tasty. Thank you very much.

Fantastic location right outside train station and bus stop to airport and a short walk to main centre of Basel. Lovely comfortable hotel with sweeping stairwell and lots of history. Sweets, water and fruit available 24/7 in reception area. Amazing breakfast.Lots of variety. The crusty bread was to die for. Bedroom was roomy, warm and comfortable with a lovely big bath. A small fridge and water included. Staff really helpful..they found me an electric kettle to make a proper (Irish) cup of tea. We got a 1pm checkout - a huge bonus and they offered to store our luggage for few hours between check out and airport bus departure time. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

Staff lovely and ready to help with with directions to trams and getting to places.

clise to the station and to all entertainment, shops, restaurants. room was fabulous, beautiful view of Basel.
