The location - just right outside the train station. Spotless clean, personal care items available in the room, additional requests accommodated, polite yet professional staff.

Everything. Breakgast might have more options (it was basic actually) but all that was served found fresh and tasty

The stay was amazing! Our room was so cosy and warm. Great selection in the mini bar which is free by the way. Given that it’s winter, we didn’t feel chilly at all. 5 mins away from the Christmas market. Such a convenient location! If we’re back in Basel we’ll definitely stay here again! Amazing stay!

Doris is a wonderful host and nothing was too much trouble. The whole of the property, including the top floor we stayed in, was immaculately clean. Our top floor room was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic and really set us up for the day. And Doris is happy to work breakfast at whatever time you want. We were even made a cup of tea brought up to our room after a long day. It was very clear that Doris wants to make sure everyone has a lovely stay in her home

Everything indeed. Apartment is great, very spacious and cosy, modernly furnished with really all the 6 guests would need (big fridge and freezer, dish washing machine, clothes washing machine and separate drying machine, Nespresso coffee machine with capsules, three bedrooms and two separate bathrooms, with windows, one with both a bath tube and shower cabin!), spotless clean. Location is fantastic, 3 min walk to a convenient bus/tram stop and a supermarket (7-8 min walk to a bigger Coop supermarket). Five-six stops with tram to Basel Zoo (highly recommend!) or 11 stops to Central station with easy bus connection to Airport. You receive for free for all guests for all nights the Basel City Card, which allows you to travel for free around the city with all public transportation, including from and to the airport on your arrival and departure dates. It is absolutely worth talking advantage of this and explore the city. Just ask the host and he will assist you with everything. He is very polite and responsive, timely responding and resolving anything you might encounter. You can also use an inside covered garage right in front of the apartment building at an acceptable charge per night, which saves you a lot of troubles wondering where you are allowed to park outside and how much it would cost. I managed to fit a big 9-seat minivan (5.3 m length) so it is big and comfortable enough. Really, highly recommend this apartment! It will certainly contribute for your great stay!

One positive thing I can say about this hotel is that its price is excellent considering the quality and services it offers. The online host is always available and responds to your questions kindly. They even sent us a complimentary digital day pass for Basel public transportation, allowing us to travel from the train station to the hotel free of charge. Another advantage is its convenient location. It is less than a five-minute walk from the nearest bus line, making it easy to reach both the city center and the main train station . Everything you could possibly need in a kitchen was available in the hostel’s shared kitchen.

The apartment was very clean and laid out perfectly. It was easy to find, using public transport, and access. Thank you for everything you did to make our stay so enjoyable. Would definitely recommend.

The apartment had a nice kitchen with a fridge and dishwasher. There were things in the kitchen we could use for preparing meals. There were also a couple of grocery stores available nearby.

They made me feel VIP and famous. Complete ameneties. Bath and shower soap was top notch.
