The stuff contacted us pre arrival and gave us some suggestions and were very helpful with every question we had. The self check in/ check out is easy, and the apartment is equipped with everything necessary. Came for a few nights during our honeymoon, got a bouquet of fresh roses, champagne, and chocolates, we were so excited! Thank you for hosting us!

Family friendly. Easter activities were really good! Easter breakfast, more hotels need to do the same. Great for toddlers and children with lots of fun in the close by swimming pool waterpark.

Lovely, cozy, and very charming hotel. It is next to the train station so it’s perfect as a base for the amazing hiking routes nearby. We loved the breakfast too!

The service at the front desk was polite and reliable. It was nice that the room was spacious and clean despite its old appearance. The contents of the minibar were also cold.

I can’t express how grateful we are for the incredible hospitality we experienced at this hotel. We arrived drenched from a heavy rain and asked for an early check-in. Despite the odd hour and no staff being physically present at the hotel, they went above and beyond to find a solution and ensure we received our keys without any hassle, and it was all free of charge! Our situation didn’t end there—every piece of clothing we had was soaked. The hotel personnel were absolute lifesavers, taking all our wet garments and putting them into a drying machine. This kind gesture was just what we needed after such a rough start to our day. As if that wasn’t enough, we were sitting in our room with no dry clothes when the hotel staff brought us a pan full of hot tomato soup. It was incredibly delicious, rich with herbs, and it warmed us right up. This thoughtful touch truly made our stay unforgettable. Considering the extremely low price of our stay, we expected something really simple and maybe even a bit shabby. However, it was completely the opposite! The service and amenities were outstanding. We can’t recommend this hotel enough. Their attention to detail and dedication to guest comfort is unparalleled. Thank you for turning a miserable day into a memorable stay!

We had a wonderful stay here. Emir was an incredible host—friendly, generous, and genuinely made us feel at home. He took the time to chat with us and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was also perfect: having private parking was a huge plus since we were travelling by car, there's an ALDI supermarket just a 2-minute walk away, and the kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook. A great base for exploring St. Gallen, with a host who truly makes the difference.

I recently spent two weeks in Switzerland and had an amazing experience. Everything was perfect from start to finish. I would especially like to thank Chris, who was incredibly helpful and always on hand whenever needed. His support made the whole trip even more enjoyable. The room was so spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and a real asset. Location was good for us - close to friends living nearby. But good location also to buses connecting to excellent rail network. Very good that the tourist tax included local bus service travel - made getting about very easy. Great shopping centre with good supermarkets very near.
