I requested a room with a pool view, the team went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, despite my room rate being lower than expected. This gesture speaks volumes about the Hotel's commitment to customers satisfaction. The Hotel itself is exceptionally clean and the atmosphere is calm and serene, making it an ideal destination for those seeking adventure and relaxation. The staff are warm and welcoming, ensuring that guests feel at home from the moment they arrive. Location: 7/10 While the Hotel itself is excellent, the location scored a 7 out of 10 for me. Overall, I highly recommend Pinorich Hotel to anyone looking for a tranquil and adventurous getaway. My overall Experience is a 10/10.

From the first day to the end of our stay, the communication was great. The apartment is cleaned everyday and new laundry is provided. The treatment my husband and I had there was more than what we can receive in a hotel with four stars. Thanks for everything, Mr Desmond and Mme Afangan.
