This is a very nice two bedroom house with all the facilities you would need for a week's stay. The host was very welcoming, there was food on the table and in the fridge when we arrived and she could not be more helpful. The location is great if you have a car - just a short drive to many lovely beaches or less than an hour from Nicosia.

We had air conditioning in the bedrooms, washing machine, comfy enough beds, a very clean bathroom, a fridge, window blinders everywhere, the essentials for an island/beach holiday.

I stayed here because of a personal emergency and initially picked this spot solely because of its proximity to the hospital, so I didn't expect much. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the host and staff were incredibly kind and welcoming throughout my stay, helping me with everything I needed. They even offered to wash some laundry for me free of charge. The Cinnamon Lounge that's part of the same establishment has delicious food and a very warm and cozy atmosphere.

The accommodation is excellent. The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary facilities. Each room has air conditioning. Everything is in accordance with the above.

Kika Court 2 apartment is an excellent choice for families with children, as it offers all the essential comforts of home. It boasts ample space and can easily accommodate up to six people. Notably, it has been recently renovated and is maintained in a spotlessly clean condition. I wholeheartedly recommend it for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

It was really wonderful stay in Kapparis. Cozy and new apartment with all necessary facilities and even elevator. It was very convenience that parking was in the shadow of the building. The view from the balcony was amazing. And we really like the quit time there. Really appreciated, thank you.
