The location is nice and quiet, but was at the time difficult to get to because of road construction. And there is very little parking or a parking lot about 300 meters away. There was a cozy, big kind of living room with a fire place. Breakfast was good, but not outstanding. The room was clean, modern, but no A/C.

The host, Peter, was very friendly. The accommodation had plenty of parking. It was very clean and modern. The bathroom was spacious. There was a fan in the room which was a bonus. It was very quiet, which we like. The kitchen was a clean, welcoming space with all utensils provided as well as space for freezer and fridge food. We had a great stay and it was excellent value for money.

Location was excellent, with its own parking spaces and situated near the hill to climb to Andechs Monastery which is a wonderful place. The Studio was large, comfortable and had everything you may need. Breakfast was perfect, with various food products and juice, coffee, tea, fresh crispy bread, fruits. The hosts were very kind, friendly and helpful, trying to make guests feel fine. Prices were usual for what you could get.

We arrived very late, but the host still welcomed us warmly and was very understanding of our situation. I had accidentally selected the wrong booking date, but the host was very accommodating and kindly arranged a room for us that same night. The room was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated in a classic, themed style with interesting historical elements. The courtyard is also beautifully arranged, with lovely landscaping. Despite our late arrival, we had no problem finding a parking space. The price was also very reasonable. Thank you very much for your hospitality and kindness. We would definitely recommend this place!
