We didn’t try the breakfast, as we were in a self-catering cabin. The location is fantastic! It is off the beaten track, right on the lake, surrounded by hiking trails, peaceful and geared for an active vacation. The staff is very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again for a longer period of time.

The hosts were very friendly, and my dog got used to play with Sita and the cats, so it was super nice. They also made some apple juice and shared some with us.

This is a beautiful accommodation in an old settlement, we really enjoyed both the hospitality of the landlord, and the cute hobbit-like rooms. The surroundings are quiet, so it really is a very nice place. Both the rooms and the toilets are very clean and tidy.There are four rooms with one shared kitchen and two shared bathrooms. So you have to accommodate a little to the other guests, this is a limit, but if you dont mind meeting other people in kitchen and saying hello and some small talk this is the place to stay. Also the location is amazing, you dont hear the highway or train, and every sightseeing in Jutland is at about one hour drive or similar. Aarhus with its skansen, Ribe with historical streets, then the highest hill in Danemark or Molls Bjerge with Ebeltoft. Good travelers base!

The breakfast was lovely. Lots of choice of breads and toppings, great pastries and the scrambled egg was gorgeous. Not keen on the bacon but that is my personal taste not the quality of the product.

The host was so friendly and helpful It was a very hot day when we arrived and he had ice cold water, cool drinks and a beer waiting for us. I loved the area and the open fields

The apartment was fantastic. Nothing was missing. Everything you need is there. The host welcomed me kindly and showed me the apartment right away. It is very cozy and tastefully decorated, a spacious living room and spacious bedroom with another smaller bedroom. The shower is spacious. There is a separate spacious kitchen with all amenities. Everything is very clean. It is located in a quiet beautiful area from where you can explore the area. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would definitely go there again if I am in the area.

The little cottage is adorable and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bedroom is upstairs so it may be a problem if you have reduced mobility. The hosts are very friendly and kind. We arrived with 2 motorcycles and were able to park in front of the house. The area is quiet and felt very safe. It's a 20 minute walk to the station, which is very convenient to visit Aarhus which is a short distance away. We highly recommend it.
