Free parking spot and the bed is clean.
I appreciated the lady was trying to find the portable crib for my infant even though she can't find one. That's oke.
Breakfast is good, not much options but basic breakfast you need in western style.
It's a place that restaurants and stores are nearby that you can reach just by walk.

Wonderful location in Viljandi, all attractions 5 nin away. Nicely decorated and bright apartment. Easy self check in. Free parking. and reliable wifi.A lot of small free extras which makes stay even more enjoyable - coffee, coffee milk, chocolates, mint tea, slippers. The property offered a dedicated parking space for guests, and the owner accommodated our request to park the car there 2 hours before the check in and to leave the car there after checking out so we could explore the city further. In addition they allowed us to check in an hour and a half or so before the allowed check in time.
The room was tidy and spotless, with a cozy fireplace providing warmth, and all amenities were in good working order and readily available.

We really enjoyed the staff, they were really friendly and helpful. As we traveled with car they also let us know that there are parking places for the hotel, but we couldn't find it (it was free parking in the city as well so it didn't matter much to us) Also the location was amazing, we visited Fellin & Ugala and it was the perfect location for that. The bed itself was nice, really big pillows. We also liked that we could hang our clothes.
