A warm and welcoming family run hotel which is in a perfect spot by the beach. The environment inside and out was immaculate and clean. The family are so very nice.

Stayed for one week. Friendly staff. The room was lovely and spacious, the aircon was excellent. Basic kitchen but is what you expect from holiday apartments. Location was superb. Ten minutes walk to town. Five minutes from a lovely little cove and beach. Pool was lovely and clean. Food on site was reasonable and tasty.

An excellent hotel for both families and couples. It is located in a quiet area, yet within a short walking distance from the beach and a street full of shops and cafés. The spacious grounds are surrounded by pine trees. Everything is impeccably clean, and the breakfast tables are always set with perfectly white tablecloths. The rooms are spacious and equipped with everything you need — a big plus is the washing machine. There are three pools in total, and the children’s pools are heated. The hotel staff are very kind and helpful. I highly recommend it!

Our stay at this beautiful rural getaway was exactly what we needed to escape the hustle and bustle of Barcelona! The property was stunning and had a charming historical aspect that made it feel truly special. Our host went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, providing everything we needed and more. Their warm hospitality really made our experience unforgettable. I can’t wait to return with the rest of my family for another peaceful retreat surrounded by nature! This place is a gem!

We love Pavel and his apartment !!! Everything was just great ❤️ as cook, I would love to have bigger stove but it is about preferences. Maybe for summer season it would be great if it is possible to borrow umbrella/beach tent when hosta go to the beach, bud this is just personal remark

Everything! Theres nothing Jackie and Hans hasn’t thought of to make this villa the perfect holiday venue. There is absolutely everything you could possibly need whilst on holiday. Jackie and Hans are the most thoughtful hosts and honestly went above and beyond for us to enjoy every minute of our holiday.

We really enjoyed our 7 night stay in La Morada del Unicornio. We found it very comfortable, full of character and well equipped. Location is ideal for exploring the small town of Calonge on foot but a car is needed to explore other attractions further afield. Although we didn't meet Olga, Kim welcomed us to the accommodation and was the perfect host throughout, providing information on things to see and do. He spoke very good English. The town is very quiet and peaceful and it was charming to hear the bell chimes every hour. We spent quite a bit of time sat out on the terrace with lovely views across the old town and surrounding area. Very peaceful in the evenings. Calonge is certainly a good base for exploring the Costa Brava region.
