Everything was good but the day we needed to come they cancelled my reservation and we i tried to contact them by booking they didn’t respond. Once i was very mad i needed to call them (i’m from another country) and then they fixed my reservation. The location from the main attractions is not that convenient, it’s a long walk and drive to there with metro/bus/walking. Taxi’s are expensive.

Very clean and spacious rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location if you travel by car. You can park your car at the road front of the hotel for free. If you want to visit Barcelona’s downtown you can walk for 10-15 min at the closest tram or train station (different directions).

I had the most wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff were absolutely amazing—unbelievably helpful, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay special. First of all we want to thank the staff of the hotel, really everyone, from the reception to the ladies taking care of the rooms. Just perfect, efficient, professional, very friendly, ... We are not so easy and we travelled with our dog Wallece. Everyone was so nice with us and the dog. It is not always like this. Therefor we appreciate our stay so much.

The hotel was very clean and the housemaids were in the room everyday with fresh towels. The location is ok for everybody, if you are with the car they have free parking in front also. If you don’t come by car we will have the metro which is close and in 15 min you are Placa de Espana

Staff were really nice, bed was okay, free parking was a massive bonus, would use again, hotel was dated yet clean, about 7 euro per person each way on the train to the centre of Barcelona, trains run till midnight I knew what i was booking, ibis is a no frills basic hotel, you know what you are getting, 30 minutes to the centre of Barcelona by 2 trains, train station about 10 to 15 minutes walk from the hotel, I would book again rather than pay the rip off prices in the centre of Barcelona
