The host (apartment owner) was very attentive and friendly. He has made sure the apartment is equipped with everything you need and more - from lots of spices, coffee, bottled water, etc. available in the kitchen and many home appliances. You will not need to bring anything but yourself to have a wonderful stay. Excellent location in Villar (a neighborhood overlooking the port of Luarca from a height - to reach Luarca proper, drive or walk downhill, and to return is a good walk climbing. It has assigned underground parking and ample nearby parking (this is a major plus, since parking in Luarca is very, very limited). There is a nice restaurant right outside the building, and a few others within a 5-10 minute easy walk. Excellent views from your window on the first floor - the building has an elevator that takes you to the underground garage, so no stairs to climb. Excellent WiFi connections. The owner is always available by phone to answer any questions you may have.

Boasting a garden and views of mountain, Casa Pacho Apartamentos Rurales is a country house set in a historic building in Luarca, 2 km from Playa de Luarca.

The welcome from the owner was incredibly warm and friendly. This immediately made us feel at ease. You can easily park your car in the accommodation’s private parking lot. The Wifi works very well. The three-room apartment is clean and furnished in a modern style. There’s a good dishwasher and an excellent washing machine. Cooking on the induction hob works very well (just takes a moment to figure out how it works). The large garden, with a view of a cornfield, is truly fantastic—you can enjoy the sun all day long! On the (partially shared) terrace, there are also two wooden dining tables, one of which you share with other guests. We came here for peace and quiet, and we certainly found it. In addition, there’s a beautiful sandy beach about a 30-minute walk away (Playa de Salinas)!
